I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Funko (Everett, WA) in May 2022
Interview
Recruiter was very unresponsive and took a weeks to get back and during the interview process all of the people I interviewed with seemed unprepared. But not surprising because when I got hired on it was clearly a shitshow and people only liked working here to get product but they didn’t care about anything else
After participating in three interviews with Funko, I received feedback that I was not a suitable fit for the role right before the last interview. While I appreciate the opportunity to interview, I believe there could have been more clarity and alignment earlier in the process to avoid potential time inefficiencies for both parties. Clear communication from the outset about expectations and fit would contribute to a more streamlined and effective interview experience. Also, the interviewers weren't prepared at all for the interview and asked many questions that wouldn't be able to assess your skills and in return that will make them biased to choose whoever they will like in the interview rather than the skills need to do the job.
