I made it to the third round of interviews with Funko. The first two rounds were basic, just talking to HR and the would-be manager. The third round, they asked me to present a business case. After my presentation, the team said they would be providing feedback by the following Tuesday. Unfortunately, I heard nothing back from them until the following Friday, in which they sent me a canned rejection email. The lack of feedback was very surprising, especially given they ensured me I would be receiving feedback. Additionally, I noticed they had reposted the job on LinkedIn the previous Monday.
