1.I got a message from their recruiter saying my profile matches the job role and if I would like to pursue this role, I said yes and a call was scheduled with said recruiter 2. The introductory screening was a short call and I was told that I will be passed along to the hiring manager 3. Few days later I had a video interview with the hiring manager which went well 4. I received an invite for the next technical round with the PM & SWE lead. When I responded that the available times dont work for me , no reply,ghosted. About an hour later I receive the SAME message from the SAME recruiter as in #1. I figured they've moved on simply because I asked for a different interview time. 5. A couple of weeks later I get re-invite for round #3, I did notice that in these 2 weeks the job got reposted a couple of times, 6. Round 3 goes well 7. A day later I get an invite for the final round with the VP of tech 8. This final round also goes well and I get a positive feedback from the VP 9. After all of this I was ghosted, no rejection email, no feedback. The position has thus been closed.
