I sent my resume via the website. Was contacted via email a few days later. Scheduled a first phone interview with HR. Went well, so I was setup with a second phone interview with the the hiring manager. Before he called he sent me a text message asking if it was still a good time to talk (odd). Spoke with him and had another good conversation. He said my experience and background would be a great fit and he would follow up with me. After that they disappeared. I even sent a follow up thank you email and letting them know I was interested and look forward to hearing back (as they promised). Never received a response. After reading all of the negative reviews from current and former employees, it seems like it worked out for the best.
