Interview
They first send you a skills interview to check your fluency in writing and speed (english). Once completed, they call you for a group panel interview. During the group panel they hired almost everyone (I'm guessing due to high turn-over) Once hired; and the background check was passed; the company pays for training so that employees can begin working on the floor.

HR contacts through the phone. First, we introduce ourselves and explain our background. Then, we give in our personal details for further procedure. Then, we provide our schedule and they go through the company's procedures and policies.
everything is okay, they are very approachable and no tension felt, the questions was not to hard and everything is in right process, we talk about personal things and also about my future plans for the job
