Formal. Met with VP and Senior VP of Sales. They asked me to write out a 5 minute essay about anything I wanted. Then met with VP of sales. Went through the general interview questions, no real zingers there. Came back for a second one, and nothing really changed. It seemed more like a formality than anything else.
