An HR representative emailed me and arranged a telephone interview with the director, who was my direct report. After that, I met him in person at the office for a second interview. I came back and interviewed with each of the supervisors and managers of the finance department individually. This was the best part of the process since I was able to get a better feel for the culture and staff.
After negotiating salary, etc. with HR via email, I interviewed with the VP of finance at the office. I received a congratulatory email from HR that day and then started two weeks later.
