Went quickly through the funnel to my manager interview which was a very pleasant and productive one. The manager in Munich seemed very fond of my profile and invited me to a team day where I met the entirety of the Munich office and learned more about them, while all of them had some attempts of interviewing me as well. Received a draft offer after this step which was then revoked upon the next day due to lacking a pure hunter mentality. I was slightly confused by that because I communicated exactly this at step 2 and 3 and after feedback, it was something that made my profile interesting. Talent Management advertises with wrong OTEs and compensations, which was unfortunate. Nevertheless a rather positive interviewing experience but the fit wasn’t there in the end for both parties.
