I applied online. I interviewed at FusionZone Automotive (Pacific Palisades, CA) in Jan 2015
Interview
I was first contacted after sending in my resume via Indeed. I was contacted by Mercedes Cruz. She spent about 15 minutes with me on the phone reviewing my resume and goals. I was then invited into the office for an in person interview. When I began office space was very tight. We met at Starbucks down the street. We spent about one hour talking. I was then contacted about two days later and asked to meet with Karen Sutherlin in her office. I spent about an hour with Karen and Mercedes - they wanted to know all about me and my prior work experience. I felt they really listened to me. They discussed the company and goals as well. I knew from the interview they had many applicants. They contacted me 3-4 days later and offered me the position. I gladly accepted.
