I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at G4S (Glasgow, Scotland) in Sep 2017
Interview
I applied online, then 2 weeks later was given a quick phonecall asking me about myself which ended with an in-person interview offer a week later.
The interview itself was daunting, as it was busy with other people but the one on one interview went well.
I was then offered the job asked to come in to collect an ID etc a week later but it took a bit longer for them to do a background check and for me to do some online training so that I could actually get shifts.

Question 1
When dealing with irate customers, how would you calm them down?
quick and easy, they tell you in advance to bring documents ready so that it quickens the hiring process. You then get called in a week later for training which is a very long day especially in the summer time.
