Before being asked for an interview you have to apply online with CV and other details; this includes information for a background CRB-type check. Before the interview you have your picture taken, your details are taken again and passport and driving license photocopied. The interview lasts about 10-20 minutes and is 1:1. They ask you roughly 5 or 6 questions about customer service and also your experience and then there's a chance for you to ask any questions. There is a very quick response time telling you whether you were successful or not, and what the next steps of the process are.
