Applied online via form which required a lot of information including personal referees. Invited to one on one interview which supposedly required an extensive list of documents however hardly any of them were actually needed on the day. Interview was very easy, customer service related questions.

Pretty easy, basic behavioural questions on skills, experience and what u can bring e.g motivations for job, why u want this job, ur skills that helped u in ur last job and will help u on this

Very easy and relaxed with basic questions felt like a chat more than an interview. Had to wait in a room with a lot of other candidates and just had to have a form of ID with,you could hear other candidates answering their questions which didn't sound hard at all
