I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at G4S (New York, NY) in Mar 2014

Interview

It was a 3rd party interview with the managing agent. Easy interview wasn't a pleasant or professional experience. I waited over 45 minutes to be seen. I described what experience I had and what I could offer as a future employee. I was offered a schedule which I felt like they were pushing to cover the midnight shift only I declined and they miraculously found me a position that I could work with. I felt like they were scamming me into employment.

Interview was easy. Manager asked me why I wants to work for the company, salary desired and desired work location. Seems like they just want bodies instead of quality applicants.
