Applied through their website, received an e-mail for a phone interview a day after, then received notification for a screening interview within the week. In the first interview, the lab director interviewed me, described details of the job, location preferences, and asked me to about my resume experiences and behavioral questions. In the screening interview, I was asked a few more behavioral questions as well as where I see myself in a few years. Both asked what I hope to gain from this internship.
