Interview
Every person that works with this company has been in a Sorority or Fraternity. If that's not your cup of tea; than this place would not be either. It was not a hard interview process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 9 months. I interviewed at GALLO (Modesto, CA) in Apr 2016
Interview
It was lengthly as I began my discussions and relationship with Gallo HR in Sept of 2015 and did not receive my offer letter until May 2016 but that was by no fault of Gallo - it actually ended up working out for the better that way. The HR representative that I worked with was wonderful and took the time to get to know my strengths and weaknesses in order to find me the right role so that both I would be happy, and Gallo would be happy. The interview process for the role I am in now was a long one : a phone conversation, followed by a FULL day (8am - 3pm) of back-to-back interviews. But once they decided that they liked me and wanted me on board, it moved much quicker. Overall, while it was a grueling process, everyone i encountered from beginning to end were very friendly and welcoming.
