GBA Engineer interview questions

30 minute phone screening that was pretty typical. Took about two weeks to hear back about the next steps. This was followed by an in-person interview that was also standard. About 1 hour long of behavioral and situational interview questions, but nothing too pressing. The recruiter has yet to reach out 3 weeks later regarding the status of the job. I'm not sure if this is typical of the company but this felt pretty unprofessional and I would guess is a pattern in their recruitment process.
