Phone Interview - Role was in-house and not IT. Interviewer asks if I would be willing to work as a contracted role with one of their clients. I was taken back as the role applied for was in-house. The interviewer then stated the pay - I simply stated that was far too low for someone with my experience (I am a seasoned professional) and the role's tasks. As an FYI - very white male leadership, no charity information listed. Companies, post your wages ranges. Accept that wage requirements is not what it was 30 years ago. Don't come to professional level employees with years of experience and an education and expect to pay at a high school grad with no experience level.
