It was via an email, you simply had to answer some questions through email and send it back. I can't remember, it's been 2 years, but then a date was set to do a language proficiency test where you had to just write about something, doesn't matter what. Then they had an oral interview to check your pronunciation. All of this in one day that is. Then pretty much the next 2-4 weeks training takes place where they teach you about the job, about the software and work schedules.
