Two interviews overall, the first was a behavioral interview given by someone on the leadership team and the second was a technical interview given by two subject matter experts. These were both in person interviews and the turnaround to hear back was about 1 week.

What results were driven by your projects? What improvements were made and how can you quantify those results?
Had a behavioral interview using an online program. It went well and primarily focused on STAR method questions. It wasn't person to person which would've been better. They also asked about personal goals and why choose the development program.
