Be prepared for a severe lack in communication. It was the most frustrating thing ever when you didn't hear back or get a reply to emails and phone calls for more than three or four weeks at a time.
That being said, they did pull through somehow, and everything did work out as planned. I just wished that they had been more supportive before I had started working.
The interview was straight forward and simple. Just plain behavior questions.

The setting was very relaxed in general, and the interviewer was kind and enthusiastic. Each candidate was allotted a time slot of around 45 minutes.
