I had a school alum in his mid-20s interview me. He was extremely nice and did not use any tricks on me; the behavioral questions went through my resume, asked me the typical "you in five years" questions. I showed off my knowledge of Military engines, and I got the job. No technical questions asked at all, which would be a problem for engineers. I was frustrated with fellow interns who had a lack of skills.
