Applied through school recruitment event. Participated in a very relaxed phone interview about behavioral questions, my coursework, goals, and then I asked any questions I had. I received an offer the following week.
I had one in person interview after speaking to a recruiter at a career fair. It was close to 45 minutes, made up of primarily behavioral/situational questions. The interview was relatively formal, but didn’t feel job specific.

I got an email from them asking for an interview. There is one behavioral interview. Pretty simple and nice conversation. They got back to me within one and a half weeks.
