Very disorganized. Did not follow the interview schedule, everyone just showed up randomly, and did not interact with the team members, only with group leaders. which is weird because you supposed to work with those people daily basis. Applied for Lead scientist, but they changed it to Scientist, because they wanted to. They dont sponsor and even if they like you. They look for ambitious, smart, team player person but they dont want to take 0.000001% risk to support you. They took back their offer because of this, and I gracefully accepted that because i would like to work with real leader, and in a nourishing environment.
