The online application is smooth and easy. You only have to follow the instructions and can check the status of your application online. Unfortunately I was said that, after the phone interview, they decided for an internal candidate. Fair enough, except I never had a phone interview. This was quite disappointing, as it was clearly something made up. They could have at least check carefully before sending the email.
