Basically ghosted after 5 (yes, 5!) rounds of interviews. There were 2 different HR contacts trying to handle the process, combined with input and random e-mails from the hiring manager. Every contact provided different information and next steps and timelines for the process. After 5 interviews, several weeks of silence from both the HR contacts and the hiring manager, and then a couple of e-mails back and forth indicating that a decision still had not been made yet, I withdrew my candidacy.
