      Difficult interview

      Application

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GE HealthCare in Oct 2010

      Interview

I was invited to on campus interview at my university. The first round was 45 min behavioral interview. I was called back within a week for the final round interview, which was about 10 days after the first round. I went to the site the night before because there was a dinner with 4 other candidates and 5 current OMLPs. The final interview started at 9am until 4pm. They used to have four to five 45 min interviews but they changed to one 1 hour interview. I had to give a 15 min presentation (about a course project or a project from previous work experience) in front of 4 interviewers. They asked many questions throughout the presentaion to make sure that I know the detials about it. It took about 30 min to complete the presentation and they asked some behavioral questions for the next 30 min. There were five interview slots and they interviewed one candidate at a time throughout the day. So I had to wait in a meeting room while other candidates were being interviewed. There was a lunch at noon with another group of current OMLPs. The interviews ended at 3pm and there was a plant tour afterwards. As far as I know they interviewed at least 6 groups for about 5 positions.

      Application

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at GE HealthCare (Milwaukee, WI) in Aug 2016

      Interview

Behavioral based with top level executives, very intense. A combination of 1:1 interviews where different behavioral questions were asked followed up by a group interview with a case study. The questions were difficult and intimidating
