I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at GE HealthCare in Sep 2024
Interview
The interview is fully behavioral, and the interviewers are current program participants. Every phase is very smooth, but brief (>30 minutes). Interviewees will need to be able to sell themselves convincingly and quickly
Fairly simple, a lot on leadership exprience and making sure you have a lot of valuable traits you can contribute to their team. Overall good exprience. I had two interviewers.
The interview was all behavioral. They want to see if you can work in a team and collaborate with others. They also ask about how you prioritize things and handle disagreements.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at GE HealthCare (Milwaukee, WI) in Sep 2024
Interview
Very strict but easy to follow. Both interviews were harder than any I have every done. The reason I was cut was because I did not answer one STAR question all the way to their liking.
