I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at GE (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2016
Interview
The interview was fairly short and straightforward. There were two managers interviewing me and asked questions based on character and used many what if situations as well. Asked several questions about personal experiences as well as hard and soft skills. Also asked what excel functions were the most useful and why. They were quite friendly and wrote down everything on a clipboard of pre-prepared interview questions. Interviewers alternated in asking questions. Overall was a good experience, a little intimidating but good nonetheless.
