Received a phone call from the hiring manager, conducted brief phone screen, and determined my salary requirements were too high, ended conversation. Hiring manager called back the following day indicating the position now met my salary requirements. Continued phone interview. Flew to Chicago for in-person interview. Had two follow-on phone screens. From application to offer, everything went surprisingly fast given the size of the organization.
