Sono stata contattata dal Talent Acquisition di Milano, e insieme abbiamo fissato la data per il colloquio con l'HR Director. Sinceramente, sono rimasta delusa. Non tanto per il fatto di non essere stata selezionata, ma piuttosto perché mi aspettavo di incontrare professionisti di alto livello, specialmente considerando il ruolo di HR Manager e l'importanza dell'azienda. Mi auguro che in futuro le esperienze di colloquio possano meglio rispecchiare le aspettative che si hanno nei confronti di una realtà così prestigiosa.

Oltre ad avere un'esperienza di 8 anni come HR Coordinator per 2 diverse aziende, una nel settore aeroportuale e l'altra presso un'ONG, ho svolto volontariato presso diverse ONG di rilievo, sempre nell'ambito delle risorse umane.
