Interview
I had initially one phone screen and then two interviews over the phone. I was then invited in for a panel interview. The HR person started off the interview with an explanation of the process and the steps. A couple of the people did most of the talking and the others took notes.

The first step in an interview process is usually a phone interview, also known as a phone screen.
This is often conducted by a recruiter or someone from HR, not the hiring manager.
The general idea of this interview is to confirm some basic details about why you’re looking for a new job, whether you’re currently employed, when you’re available to start, and whether you have the basic skills and qualifications for the role.
Clear, it was a good discussion. People were very engaged. Zoom is hard to do these type of discussions but we did the best that we could under the circumstances.
Internship interview was over the phone. Had two rounds, first with the recruiter and then with the project manager. Manager asked my about my background, experience and skills, also asked about current industry trends.
