Telephone interview was relaxed and quite conversational. After confirming who I was and what I was applying to I was asked a number of motivational and competency based questions. I was also asked to explain my proficiency in a couple of software packages and how I prepared for this interview.

I submitted an online application which was essentially just submitting my CV. Ater this online tests the usuall numerical and verbal reasnnong tets as well as a video based situational judgement questionnaire which tested your interactions with colleagues in project meetings and your interaction with directors

filled an online application form enclosed with my cv and cover letter and after 3 days i was contacted to complete a situation and competence based assssment online. After 1 week i was invited to fix a date for a telephone interview.
