Telephone Interview: After passing the online tests, I was invited to arrange a time for a phone interview. The interviewer described the process openly, introducing each new stage of questions (company research, motivation, competency etc...). It lasted around 20 minutes and was not technical bar some questions on my use of Microsoft Office Suite, in particular certain Excel functions. Since this was a third-party interviewer, I was unable to find out specifics about the role/GE at this stage.
