I applied online, then received a phone call asking to complete some online tests. After completing the online tests I was asked to participate in a telephone interview. After this I then went for a face to face interview with them at their Bristol HQ. The interviewers were nice and made me feel relaxed. After my conversation with the interviewers I was surprised I was not offered the position.
