One on campus interview that was pretty quick, less then half an hour. The questions were all behavioral thus it was straight forward. They really look to make sure that the interviewee fits with the company culture. This means it is a lot of behavioral questions with very little technical questions. The interviewer looks to make sure that the interviewee is involved in other activies besides school too.

Behavioral and technicals detailing interest in the company, aerospace, and past work. Very tailored to your background digging into past work experience and technical skills. Overall study the company and its work to be very prepared.
