The interview process was very short only took about 30 minutes. Not a lot of feedback was just question after question. Needed to have an elevator speech prepared. Heard back about decision within two months.
1st round was a phone interview (personality assesment), 2nd was on site with a tour, 3rd was a phone interview with hiring manager. I studied a lot for my interview and had notes premade for my interview. Managers look for people with personaility traits like themselves. Have questions to ask!
