GE scheduled 2 different phone interviews with me (of which they called 0 times with no explanation). I had a babysitter for my 6 month old scheduled each time. I received a call on a 3rd day, with no warning and a fussy baby, and was asked to talk. So very unprofessional. I was distracted the whole interview. I understand that not all prospective employees are in a situation like this, but this type of behavior makes it very hard on women with new families to enter the workforce. Very disappointed.
