Completed 3 rounds of interviews and was ghosted afterwards. The interviews went smoothly and was offered a 3rd interview right after my second interview. The recruiter was very responsive to my emails until after the 3rd round of interviews when they ghosted me. I have not heard from them since. A rejection is better than no response.....
