The interview process was very hectic with various personnel from HR, Technical & Management team having discussion at different times and asking for references and doing a thorough check with the references and tried to get the best out of the one face to face interview which was arranged. The process was tiring but i feel that is important for an organization to screen thru all the candidates and find the best/most suitable candidate for the job which is very critical in achieving the organizational goals.
