The recruiter screener and interview with the program manager were pleasant and professional. Both were conversational and showed a genuine interest in my background and why I wanted the job. The third interview with a lead engineer was unusual. He asked almost nothing about me. His questions were more like generic test questions, such as, "What is Agile?" He also got into some specifics about the company culture that made it seem like there were some attitude or behavior issues among his team.

I had a Screening with recruiter, felt kind of rushed and didn’t feel listened to. It didn’t seem like the recruiter cared much about what I had to say or my background.
