I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at GEICO (Houston, TX) in Jan 2017

Interview

The interview process is very long. You will have to do a computer test, followed by a face to face interview. Then after that you will have to do a mock phone test then sit side by side to listen to calls. Then do another interview for the hiring department manager.
