tell me about time where you had to overcome adversity?
It was a long drawn out process for a position they claim requires no experience. I went along with it only because I have been unemployed for so long but I can see how most people would just lose interest. It’s a shame because I can see them eliminating some potentially great employees due to the stupid process and expectations they place on the applicant. I was not chosen to move forward after the long process and not given an explanation as to why.
