I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at GEICO (Chevy Chase, MD) in Jul 2015
Interview
Phone interview followed up by in-person interview. They ask a lot of detailed questions. As an analyst, I did not get any "technical" questions. I think most of the interview is behavioral and situational. They want to see that you are a good fit and a quick thinker.
