Interview
My second time applying for Geico. Interview process is what can be expected from a company who is going to give you amazing benefits and a great salary. Just being able to get a second chance was awesome. Everything went great the second time around, its an opportunity I wasn't going to pass up.
The interview was awful. In no way does it reflect a candidate's aptitude and skills for the job they applied for. Mock customer scenerios were the basis for the interview process and they really leave you in the dark with how to prepare for them.
