I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at GEICO (San Diego, CA) in Jan 2013
Interview
First I applied on the Geico website, then got an e-mail saying I needed to fill out a personality test. Got a phone call for a phone interview, then got to go in for the computer multi-task test (stay calm and use the practice time given to get comfortable. They don't expect you to keep up but gto stay calm and be accurate with the work you do) then another personality test. Passed both and moved on to an in-person interview with HR, passed that, then I got a mock company to study for the phone role-play. A supervisor will call you and throw all kinds of info at you. Just stay calm and offer solutions and be super friendly and you should do fine. After that the supervisor came and interviewed me in person. Passed that and then it was time to shadow an employee on the floor for about 30 min. Very interesting to see what they do and how the system worked. Then got called into another interview by another supervisor. Just stay calm but energetic and friendly...this is the person that most likely will make the final judgement. I got the position- but you need to have a background/credit check and a medical/drug test to finalize your position. I did all the interviews etc in one day so make sure you eat in the am :)

Question 1

I applied online. I interviewed at GEICO in May 2026
Interview
You first fill out an assessment test. The assessment test isn't difficult; there are a few parts to it. First is the reading tables section. It asks you a question about the table and based on that you pick one of the four answers. This part is timed so you want to pace yourself a little bit. The other part is picking the statement that describes you the best, then the second-best statement out of three statements. Overall, this did not take long.
