I first had a phone interview. The woman who called me sounded bored/unprepared. But she asked me to come in for an in person interview, despite the fact that my major was not what they were looking for and the interview was not what I thought it would be. The phone interview was easy, really did not have to prepare at all. When I went to Geico, I first took an online test just about how I am as a person, then a simulation test where they made me learn a database and practice typing quickly/accurately, and transcribing phone calls/emails. Then, they gave me a tour of the building. It was kind of sad in there. Then I was interviewed by two people. Questions were all about leadership/what I want to do when I graduate. Some questions were weird like "If you became a manager, how would you work with a diverse group of people?" They told me they would call me that same day, never did. They emailed me a week later saying that I did not get the position because my skills/background did not match the position perfectly. I'm not sure why they even asked me to interview when my majors/goals do not match, but I went for experience.

There is three interviews all over the phone. Pretty easy and typical questions you can expect in any other interview. They get back to you pretty quickly with the next stages of the process
