Interview
I applied online for the Richardson location and when I got a call interview, the lady I spoke to was polite until I mentioned potential start dates. She then proceeded to give me attitude "we are interviewing for immediate hire and we have other candidates we are talking to so better let me know within 72 hours". I felt bad if I offended them but I did remember that I had told a recruiter that my starting dates matched to what they were looking for (2021). It threw me off so I rescinded my application as I would rather keep looking for jobs than work at a company that did not made me feel "welcome".

Interview
The worst experience of my life!!!
I was thrilled to interview for this position. Phone interview first, then an online assessment and after that another hour and half long phone interview which went great. The recruiter told me how I was the perfect candidate, right fit for the job and in fact wanted to set me up for the last step - the in person interview. I was promised to hear back from them within a couple days with the available appointments for the next step in the hiring process.
Instead, I received an auto generated email saying I wasn’t in the run for the position anymore a few days later. Highly confused I emailed the recruiter to ask what was going on but I haven’t received any answer.
Practices like these tell a lot about the allover company practices and how they treat their employees.
If you at least gave me an explanation, but leaving me in the dark in such uncertainty and not providing feedback on how a candidate could improve after such a long hiring process or even what went wrong after all being called “the perfect candidate and great fit for the position” is just simply rude.
