Over the phone. The process was brief and they seemed to be looking for a specific type of leader. Training is in multiple cities including Macon, GA. The interviewer seemed genuine and gave me a good idea of what to expect throughout the interview process.

There was an initial screening and one behavioral interview that lasted an hour. The process was pretty normal, and the turnaround was very quick. Knew weather or not I had the job within two weeks
