Interview
Went in, did a typing test and multi-tasking tests, passed and waited to do role-play phone interview. Passed that and then went to shadow an employee for 1.5 hours, after that had an interview with immediate manager and another person. Everything seemed a bit sales pushy. Was there for 6 hours in total

Are you able to work any shift and have full 24/7 availability
There are two rounds. The first round is virtual and they ask about your background and if you can handle the process. For the second-round, You will shadow someone for 20 minutes then proceed for a 40 minute interview. There are a lot of situational questions.

You first fill out an assessment test. The assessment test isn't difficult; there are a few parts to it. First is the reading tables section. It asks you a question about the table and based on that you pick one of the four answers. This part is timed so you want to pace yourself a little bit. The other part is picking the statement that describes you the best, then the second-best statement out of three statements. Overall, this did not take long.

Straight forward. There are 2 interviews, must pass 1st to get 2nd. 2nd interview is more detailed and is on site. 1st interview is via zoom. 2nd interview about 45 minutes to an hour
