The interview process was surprisingly brief and simply consisted of a phone screening before they invited me onsite. I spent 3 hours at their Chevy Chase location after which the recruiter told me that she would be emailing me an offer in the low 70s within 5 days. A week passed and I heard absolutely nothing. I decided to call and follow up only to be told that I would know in a few days. Another week passed without any outreach and I was once again forced to follow up and ask about the status of my offer. I was told the same thing again! This went on for a month before they called me to tell me that they "messed up their hiring" and that I would not be getting the job. Absolutely terrible and unprofessional treatment of a candidate, did not expect this from a company like GEICO. Safe to say, I will never work here.
